HP Pro Shredder 16MC
The professional HP Pro Shredder 16MC shreds your sensitive and personal company data, patient records or process files in micro cut according to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. The micro cut shreds the documents into 2 mm x 15 mm small clippings and thus fulfils the high security level P-5. This elegant document shredder in black design has a cutting capacity of 16 DIN A4 sheets and is thus the most powerful among the HP Pro Shredders in micro cut. The HP Pro Shredder 16MC on lockable castors quietly brings 55 decibels to the meter and is a quintessential feature of any open-plan office, medical practice or law firm where sensitive data must be correctly destroyed.

Key facts
The HP Pro Shredder 16MC boasts a particularly long operating time of 40 minutes before it requires a cool down period. The generous waste bin for the shredded material has a filling capacity of 30 litres and is easy to remove for emptying. An LED indicates when the waste bin needs to be emptied or the box has not been inserted properly.

Of course, the intuitive shredder has anti-paper jam technology that stops the shredding process and feeds the paper back if you attempt to shred more than 16 sheets at a time. In addition to the overheat and overload indicator, the modern shredder scores with an automatic start-stop function that ensures that the device stops as soon as you do not feed any more material.

Have you forgotten to switch off your hard-working helper? No problem, because the office shredder automatically switches to sleep mode after 30 minutes and the power consumption drops to less than 0.5 watts.

Credit cards, paper clips and staples are not an issue for this high-quality office shredder and do not have to be laboriously separated before shredding.

The regular removal of dust and paper debris will ensure your HP Pro Shredder 16MC has a long running time and a permanently low operating noise. To clean and maintain the shredder correctly from the start, a HP Shredder Oil Sheet is included in delivery.
